Water Waste in San Jose, CA

I read the story on the DU Sunday, on Monday morning May 3, 2004 I walked 100 feet from my home took pictures of 7 different homes in a 2 minutes time period. I honestly can say I could find 1000 homes doing this in a 3 mile radius.
